Massimo Camia Restaurant is the latest chapter in a story rich in ingredients, nuances, flavors and evolution.

It is the contemporary tale of our family, who – since 1987 – has chosen to express emotions and landscapes through cuisine.

Today, Massimo leads the kitchen alongside Elisabetta, a proud and thoughtful new interpreter of tradition.

In the dining room, Luciana welcomes guests with her unmistakable, simple and authentic smile.

Iacopo – our in-house sommelier – accompanies diners on an ever-evolving journey through the finest wines of the Langhe territory and beyond.

You can even savor the spirit of a close-knit team. The Camia family’s vision is a shared promise we honor and renew every day, together.

Camia’s cuisine was born here: embraced by these hills and scents. Deeply rooted in the land of Langhe and oriented towards new harmonies.

Massimo and Elisabetta portray ingredients and traditions with confidence, deep respect and contemporary sensitivity.

Every dish tells a story of unmistakable flavors, balance and emotion, born from the encounter between experience and innovation, identity and revelation.
